Spa Courtesy -
Relaxation is our goal for you. Please give
yourself a 20 minute head start so that you may
enjoy every minute of every service you are
receiving. For your relaxation and the
relaxation of other guests, please turn off or
set your cell phones and pagers on vibrate.
Children need to be under the
supervision of an adult and must be 12 years of
age to receive spa services. Altered Images is a
place to relax and experience the ultimate in
health and wellness. We ask that children be in
the salon only if they are receiving services.

Appointments will be confirmed the
day prior to a scheduled service.
Appointments for all spa packages
must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Our Salon and Spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful to their time by honoring your commitment to be here. We require that any change in schedule must be received 24 hours before your appointment. Any "no show" or cancellation without 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the price of the services scheduled.

Special Events such as weddings,
anniversaries, Mothers Day, Fathers
Day, Secretarys Day, Valentines Day,
teen events or any occasion packages
are available. Spa Packages,
Corporate Packages and Custom
Packages are also available.
A Gift Certificate
is an excellent way
to show someone special you care. Gift
certificates are available for any service
and occasion and are especially
appropriate for use by small businesses
and large corporations.
Your Health, Well-being & Complete Satisfaction
is our main concern. Smoking is not permitted
in
our facility and we ask that you make us aware
of any special conditions that may apply to you.
Our business is built around team-work and
customer service.
Special Needs -
Light Lunches, special needs or
requests, as well as transportation can
be provided for you. We request a 24-hour notice
in order to arrange for
these services.
